David is best known as an individual that always works hard for his customers and plays hard as well. David truly represents a life of great balance. David's family is involved in every activity available in the area. Hunting plays a huge role in the life of the Cammack family. All have "bagged" Bk with either a rifle or bow. They have climbed nearly every peak, rafted every river and fly fished every stream in the beautiful San Juans. If any of these activities interest you, David can offer valuable information.
Mary Helen's family originated from Austin, Texas and they moved here when she was 13 years old. We were high school sweethearts and were married in 1984. We attended the same graduate schools while I was attending law school she obtained a masters in Special Education. She teaches high school special education students, though this year will be her last. Mary Helen is also a licensed Realtor and helps me mainly during the summer when the real estate business picks up. I definitely married my best friend which has provided me with endless happiness.
My oldest son got married a few years ago. Jake and his lovely wife, Codye, are currently living in Madison, Wisconsin while he is obtaining his doctoral degree in Geology at the University of Wisconsin. He hopes to become a professor at Fort Lewis College so that they can return to the area. They will be in Wisconsin for five years, however their love has never left Colorado. Codye was born and raised in Durango, Colorado. They are both river guides and have worked the Salmon Rivers in Idaho and also the Grand Canyon in Arizona.
My younger son, Dan, also got a few years ago and graduated from CSU with a Fish Biology Degree, He is now working with the Fish and Game Department in Montrose, Colorado. He plans to go back lo school soon lo gel his masters. His wife, Laurel, also graduated from high school in Pagosa Springs and college in Durango. She has two degrees, Education and Spanish. We are thrilled to have both these beautiful girls become part of our family.
